Our ILLICIT Moonshine is distilled right here on the farm from apples, then mixed with raspberries. A lovely aroma and taste of fresh, ripe raspberries with a strong punch on the finish.

Production method
Sweet apple varieties are selected, pressed, then dry fermented. The resulting cider is then hot distilled to trap only the best apple-based alcohol and thus create our 'Moonshine'. We then add whole raspberries to this base for a period of maceration before filtration and bottling.
