This dry and sparkling cider has been carefully made from a mixture of ancestral apple varieties . Light and fruity with notes of fresh apples.

Production method
At Vergers Petch, we are proud to preserve and cultivate many varieties of heritage apples that are rarely found today and yet exhibit remarkably unique taste and fermentation qualities. A selection of these varieties are hand-picked and quickly pressed before being fermented for a period of approximately two months. After maturing on lees for several months, this cider is then filtered and bottled for your greatest pleasure!

Tasting tips
Serve chilled between 8°C and 10°C
Goes very well with a meal with family or friends. Goes well with pasta, seafood, white meats and fine cheeses.
