Production method

A very dry sparkling cider that has been macerated in hops after fermentation to bring out a difference in taste and aroma style. After aging for a few months on its lees, this cider is then filtered and bottled for your greatest pleasure!

Tasting tips
Serve chilled between 5°C and 7°C
To enjoy with family or friends. Goes well with grilled chicken, seafood and Asian dishes.
