Our Cidre Doux pays homage to the magnificent region in which it was made. Its concentrated flavor profile is the product of Quebec's frigid winter temperatures, which created a sweet, yet well-balanced cider with notes of ripe apples and tropical fruits. A unique cider, similar in style to a Muscat wine.

Production method
Freshly squeezed juice is put outside to freeze thanks to our intensely cold Quebec winters. At the first thaw of spring, we draw off the concentrate full of flavor and sugar. We then proceed to blend and then ferment the cider over a period of several months.

Tasting tips
Serve chilled at a temperature of 10°C or less.
Our Cidre Doux is a sweet cider that is perfect as an aperitif or dessert.
